Maisy & Misty are two girls who must be re-homed together. Misty (Black/White) is around 6years old with Maisy (Black) being around 1year old. Despite the age difference they are both very loving and get on well together. Misty being the older, wiser girl knows how to monopolise all the fuss. She is very sociable and just loves to hang out. Maisy is a very sweet character and when she isn’t being forced out of the action is very affectionate too. She enjoys her cuddles and has a very gentle soul. They would be fine to live with sensible teenagers so long as they are calm and respectful as they both love their fuss and their grub in equal measure. So, if you’re in need of some girl power, keep reading to see if you could be their purr-fect match and give them the fur-ever home they deserve…
Maisy & Misty arrived at Mayhew at the start of October. Their owner was sadly taken ill and could no longer care for them both and so they were brought into our care to be looked after. They have both been behaviourally assessed and in Maisy's case given preventative treatment in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations and flea and worming treatment. Misty was previously Neutered (Spay scar seen) and Microchipped before arriving at Mayhew. While in our care she has now been given vaccinations and flea and worming treatment and had some dental work (Canine tooth extracted as well as a clean and polish). During examination Mayhew vets also found a small cystic lump at the base of her tail, this is not inflamed or causing any issues and has not grown in size and our vets are not concerned. This should be monitored and further testing carried out if it were to change size or cause Misty pain in the future. All these girls need now is a place to call home and somewhere they can get lots of fuss.
