Honey

Beautiful Honey is a young and optimistic girl, looking for a new family to call her own. Typical of a young lab, she needs continued training, guidance and lots of things to do in order to enrich her both mentally and physically. She will be looking for a active family where she can join in on fun and adventures while being nurtured into becoming a well rounded adult. Honey loves people and dogs but is still in a developmental stage so she needs some further training in being calm, feeling confident and what behaviours are considered socially acceptable to us humans! Labradors love a job to do and she will be keen to grow skills in activities such as scent work, gun dog games or tricks. Honey also has an affectionate side and would love to have some calm time and affection after a busy day.

Other Notes

Honey can live in a flat as long as new owners are prepared to take her for regular toilet breaks and prioritise her walks first thing. She can live with calm, sensible secondary school age children and owners will need to be prepared to sit down as a family to learn about canine body language and appropriate interactions. She could live with a well matched, adult dog, subject to successful meet at Mayhew. Honey has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and is up to date with flea & worming treatment. She has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed. Lastly, every dog adopted from us will go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
