Adopt Mayhew as your charity of the year and give back to animals in need.
Adopt Mayhew as your Charity of the Year and help make a difference to dogs, cats and communities in London and internationally.
As soon as they have heard about all the great work we do, they will be excited about joining Mayhew’s pack! Mayhew receives no government funding and relies on the generosity of companies and individuals to help keep us funded and allowing us to continue helping animals in need.
Partnering with Mayhew can help you develop and fulfil your Corporate Social Responsibility goals and elevate your brand within the animal lovers’ community. Here are just some of the ways you can get involved:
As we continue to adhere to current government guidelines, we have stopped physical TheraPaws visits until further notice.
Our TheraPaws dogs don’t just help those who are suffering from illnesses. They can also have a fantastic impact on the general wellbeing and productivity of your team. In return for a donation to Mayhew, we can arrange our TheraPaws dogs to visit your office and help your staff de-stress.
“Rescuing dogs has always been close to our hearts and we started Butternut Box because of the health issues of our own rescue Staffie, Rudie. For that reason, we want to do all we can to give back to dogs that are finding themselves facing hard times, just as Rudie once was. Mayhew are our local animal charity and we are proud to do all we can to support the great work they do every day.”
Employee fundraising creates team goals and achievements, which is excellent for staff morale. It also provides your company with interesting and engaging stories to tell your customers, suppliers and the local community. Alternatively you can donate to Mayhew through Payroll Giving. Set up a monthly donation through your payroll and get tax relief on your donation. Ask your employer about Give As You Earn where each £1 you give to Mayhew will only cost you 80p.
We will run these throughout the year and they cover a range of activities from making enrichment treats and toys for the animals in our care to general maintenance at our Animal Home in Kensal Green.
If you are a solicitor, you could help unwanted, neglected and abused animals by donating residual client account balances to us. The process is simple, and it will make a great difference to the lives of animals in need.Find out more
