Tiny

Sweet Tiny is an affectionate, loving boy with a sensitive side. He enjoys going on gentle walks, pottering along and taking in the sights and smells around him! He can become overwhelmed at times, such as when there are lots of other dogs around or if a person tries to handle him too quickly, so needs an owner who will offer him support and guidance and advocate for him when needed. He is partial to a good game with his soft toys and loves to be with his favourite people, snuggled in next to them or up on their lap if he can! Tiny may be small but he has a huge amount of love to give. He would thrive in a calm home where he would have company most of the time and where he could cosy up to his family on the sofa, after a day of adventures!

Other Notes

Tiny could live in flat as long as there is direct access to a private garden. He could could live with sensible teenagers of 16+ and could potentially live with a dog confident cat providing his new owners will ensure slow and careful introductions. Tiny has had previous surgery on both hind legs to fix his luxating patellas (where his kneecaps were moving out of position). His right leg bows a little when he is walking but this does not affect him so no further treatment is needed. When Tiny arrived at Mayhew, he had an infection in both ears which has now been successfully treated. Tiny has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worm treatment. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
