Teddy

Terrific Teddy is full of beans and ready for an adventure when you are! He’s a very friendly boy who thrives off human affection and greets everyone he meets with a tail wag! Although he can sometimes be a bit bouncy on greetings, this behaviour has greatly improved whilst with us. He loves his toys and enjoys a good game of fetch or ‘find it’ and would highly benefit from doing dog sports such as Flyball or Mantrailing. Teddy is sociable with other dogs but can be worried of larger or more boisterous dogs so will need someone who can read his body language and move him away when needed. This fun, active and intelligent boy is looking for an equally active and experienced owner who will be able to keep up with his energetic lifestyle and provide him with the mental and physical stimulation he needs.

Other Notes

Teddy has a real dislike of cats and can be very reactive towards them when out on walks. Adopters should bare this in mind and consider neighbouring resident cats and the general cat population in their area. He could live with sensible teenagers of 16+ as long as they have lived with a dog before and won't be intimidated by his excitable nature. Teddy has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worm treatments. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
