Milo

Magnificent Milo is a friendly, active and enthusiastic boy who is keen to investigate the world! Being a young chap, he is still learning about life and can, at times, get a little worried when encountering new things so will need an experienced, understanding owner who will be able to read his body language and provide him with guidance and reassurance, when needed. He is very intelligent and thrives on training and engaging with his people, picking up new behaviours quickly. This playful, leggy, boy will make a fun and loving companion for a person or family who have the time, patience and commitment to continue with his training and socialisation and keep him mentally and physically stimulated.

Other Notes

Milo is looking for a home with a person/family who has experience of owning dogs. It would be ideal (but not essential) for them to have experience with or be knowledgeable about, his breed type. He will need a home where there will be someone around most of the time, building up the time he is left alone, slowly. He could live in a flat as long as there is access to a garden and could live with sensible teenagers of 16+ providing they have experience with dogs. Milo could live with another dog of a calm and well adjusted disposition and could also potentially live with a dog confident cat if carefully introduced. Milo was found to have a skin infection called pyodermatitis. This resolved quickly with antibiotic treatment. Milo has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worm treatment. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
