Meet Luna's Pups - all 7 of them! These sweet siblings were born at Mayhew after their heavily pregnant Mum was signed over to us due to her owners no longer being able to care for her. They were quickly taken into a loving and experienced foster home and have since been keeping busy alongside their Mum, growing and learning about life. They're playful and out-going youngsters who will grow up to be active, medium to large sized dogs, requiring plenty of mental and physical stimulation. They’re looking for fully committed owners who will take them to training classes and continue their training and socialisation plans to ensure they grow up to be happy, sociable, and well-adjusted adult dogs. Their adopters will be taking on at least a fifteen-year commitment, which must not be taken lightly.

Other Notes

Luna's pups are looking for experienced and knowledgeable owners who have owned dogs before. They'll have researched their breed type and also be aware of the growing financial costs of dog ownership. They’re looking for homes where there will be someone around for most of the day. They could potentially live in flats providing they have quick access to a suitable outside space for ease of toilet training. They can live with sensible children who will be consistent with their training, they can live with sociable adult dogs who will be a good influence on them and they can also live with dog-confident cats. Luna’s pups have been health checked, microchipped, will have received their first vaccination, are up to date with flea and worm treatment, and will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. They will need to return to Mayhew on a specified date for neutering. Luna’s pups have also been behaviourally assessed. We will be matching them with the most suitable adopters based on their current personalities.
