Rehomed

Luna

Lovely Luna is a friendly, active and adventurous girl! After arriving at Mayhew heavily pregnant, she has spent the past couple of months in an experienced foster home mothering her pups and is now ready to find her forever home. She absolutely loves to be outdoors, taking in all the best smells and exploring her surroundings and would benefit from doing extra activities such as scent games and/or agility to keep her busy. She enjoys meeting dog pals on her travels too but is equally happy to do her own thing. She would suit active owners who will have the time and patience to continue her training and provide her with the mental and physical stimulation she needs. Luna thrives in the company of people and cannot wait to join her new family and receive all the love and fuss she so deserves.

Other Notes

Luna has been through a lot in her life and can become stressed when left on her own. She is looking for a home where there will be someone around most of the time, building up her alone time, slowly. She is looking for a patient owner who will give her plenty of time and support her during the settling in process. She could live in a flat with direct access to a private garden but can be vocal at times so this should be taken into consideration. She could live with sensible, dog savvy children of 12+ and she could live with another dog, providing they are calm and well adjusted, subject to a successful meet at Mayhew. Luna has been neutered, microchipped, will have received her first vaccination and is up to date with flea and worm treatment. She has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed. Lastly, every dog adopted from us will go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
