Julie

Lovely Julie is a sensitive girl with a sweet nature. She can be nervous around new people but warms up quickly and is affectionate and cuddly with people she knows and trusts. She is a curious girl, who enjoys going out on nice walks in quieter areas where she can sniff and explore. She has shown some occasional worried behaviour towards strangers and other dogs so will need further guidance and support to help build her confidence out and about. Julie is a happy girl, with lots of personality, who is very loyal to her people. She is looking for a calm home where she can build her confidence and get all the love and attention she craves and very much deserves.

Other Notes

Julie can live in a flat provided owners are willing to take her out for regular toilet breaks and daily exercise. She could live with sensible older children of 14+ who are used to being around dogs and will be calm and patient with her. She could potentially live with a well-matched resident dog, pending multiple meets at Mayhew. Due to her nervous nature, we do not feel she could live with cats. She will need someone to be at home most of the time, building up the time she is left, slowly. She is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatment. She has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed. Lastly, every dog adopted from us will go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
