Fred

Fred is a friendly, loving and bubbly young pup who is always up for an adventure with his people. He enjoys zooming around and playing with his toys and will require plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep him busy! He is curious of other dogs but can be a little worried around them so will need his confidence building in this area. This intelligent boy is looking for an active and committed owner who will continue with his training and socialisation to help him grow into the well adjusted, social and happy adult dog, he has the huge potential to be. In return, his new family will gain a fun loving, mischievous and affectionate lifelong companion.

Other Notes

Fred is looking for experienced and knowledgeable owners who have owned dogs before. They'll have researched his breed type and also be aware of the growing financial costs of dog ownership. He is looking for a home where there will be someone around for most of the day. He could potentially live in a flat, providing he will have quick access to a suitable outside space for ease of toilet training. He can live with sensible children of 10+ who will be consistent with his training and give him space when needed. He can live with a sociable adult dog who will be a good influence on him and he can also live with a dog-confident cat as long as his owner facilitates slow introes and teaches him not to chase! Fred has been health checked, microchipped, will have received his first vaccination and is up to date with flea and worm treatment. He will need to return to Mayhew on a specified date for neutering. Fred has also been behaviourally assessed. Lastly, every dog adopted from us will go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
