    Charlie

Charlie is a very sweet boy who, like most tiny dogs, can find life scary at times and will rely heavily on his owners to provide him with support and a safe space. Charlie enjoys a steady potter out and about, he walks nicely and takes life in his stride. He would make the perfect companion to accompany his new owner on errands and adventures. He is happy to watch the world go by and keep a lap warm. He also enjoys a play with toys or just running around in the garden, sniffing and doing his own thing.

    Other Notes

Charlie could live with another dog providing they are similarly matched in size and energy and introductions were well managed. Charlie could potentially be introduced to living with a dog confident cat with the right management in place for slow introductions. Due to his worried nature at time, we feel that Charlie would be best suited to an adult only home. We believe that Charlie could be left alone comfortably in a new environment, built up slowly for a couple of hours at a time. Charlie has done well staying housetrained in kennels but may need a little refresher in a new home. Charlie has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worm treatment. He has been health checked and behaviourally assessed. During medical assessment it was found that Charlie has a grade 4 heart murmur, which he is currently taking medication for, however this is not currently affecting him. He also had a dental before coming to us and has no remaining teeth.
