    Bailey

Bailey is a loving girl who would suit someone who is willing to keep both her mind and body active as well as spend time providing her with the company and affection she craves. Bailey would like to be someone’s shadow and be close to her people. She is looking for someone who is seeking that close connection from their companion. Bailey loves a tennis ball which has been a great way to reinforce desirable behaviours and to work her busy mind. She has enjoyed scent work here on site and playing, both of which have massively helped her to come out of herself and cope better in the environment which she can sometimes find a little overwhelming. Bailey has been worried of new people and takes a little while to warm up, she has been making great progress, however, on the street she can be a little watchful and jumpy around sudden movements. Her new owners will need to be confident about being her voice and allowing her to take her time and approach on her own terms when it comes to meeting new people and visitors.

    Other Notes

Bailey is looking for a home where there will be someone around throughout the day, building up the time she is left on her own. She could live in a flat as long as there is direct access to a private garden. We feel Bailey would be best suited to being the only pet in the home and she could live with sensible children of 14+ who are used to being around dogs. Bailey has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worm treatment. She has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
