Venus is a lovely girl with a big personality who is confident & sociable. She is quick to come over and says hello to anyone she meets and will happily serve up some friendly head rubs as she gets to know you. If you indulge her baseline needs and give her some strokes, she shows her appreciation by rolling around and purring after hitting another winner. She could live in a home with kids who can give her some time to settle and will enjoy giving fuss as much as she enjoys receiving it. Medical conditions?Venus arrived at Mayhew at the end of June alongside her sister, Serena, after her owner became unable to care for her. She has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance. Venus could be rehomed alongside her sister Serena so please let us know in your application if you would like to take both cats or are just interested in Venus.
