On Hold

Luna

Luna and the planets (which is just the affectionate name for all her babies and also sounds like a hip new band) has been on quite the interstellar journey together and now it’s time for super Mum to have some TLC and a space to call her own. She is a real peoples cat and loves to hang out with you on the sofa or eagerly await any deliveries at the front door. She enjoys her fuss and after being a devoted Mum is finding her playful side again now that her babies are leaving orbit. Se could live with children aged around 6years old so long as they are calm and respectful around cats as while she is confident and takes things in her stride, we would not want her to lose her sociable outlook in the wrong type of home. So, if you’re ready for there to be a Luna landing in your home, keep reading to be sure you can give her the fur-ever home she deserves…

Other Notes

Luna has been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations (at least first) and flea and worming treatment. Luna has been quite particular about her litter trays and once we found the right size and litter she has been fine ever since.

Foster Carer Comments

Lovely Luna - this super mum is now ready to be a baby again and find her forever family. ‘Luna’ means ‘the moon’ and she is certainly the centre of our universe right now. She is sweet, affectionate, sociable and we call her our ‘dog-cat’ as she follows us around the house from room to room. We simply cannot leave a room without Luna tagging along. Luna loves a fuss and gives lots of head bumps and will rub around your legs for attention. She also likes to make guest appearances on work calls - So beware (plus she might even help you get a promotion!). Luna is not without her quirks - she is incredibly clean and organised; she likes to know exactly where her things are – but once she’s settled she’s really cool and chilled out. I think she could flourish is a larger household as she is such a social butterfly and just wants to be part of the gang. Luna loves food. Any rattling sachets and she will be all over you. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Luna will hit the jackpot as she will be your friend for life.
