Darcey is a friendly, affectionate boy with extremely soft, silky fur. He loves to spend his time napping but will happily leave his bed for a chin rub or a scratch behind the ears. He is confident around people and will politely greet anyone who comes to see him with a friendly head bump or two but is also happy to enjoy having his own space at times too. He would be able to live with children who can understand Darcey's more chilled, calm nature and give him the environment that creates his happy place with lots of spaces for napping. Medical conditions?Darcey arrived at Mayhew at the start of May after he was brought in as a stray. He has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
