Coco

Meet our sweet girl Coco! She deserves the best loving home after sadly having to fend for herself and her 7 kittens when their owner passed away. Pretty like a black panther, and with a loving personality to match, she's the purr-fect feline companion. She is a confident girl who wants to be the centre of attention! Because of this she loves a good fuss and cuddle. She will often sit on your lap or lean up against you, and is a hard worker at the cat biscuit making factory! She's super laid back and gentle. Coco loves to make friends with anyone she meets as she has such a loving personality. Being a younger cat as well, she also really enjoys a good play and would love a garden to explore in. If Coco sounds like she could make biscuit pawprints on your heart please keep reading...

Other Notes

Coco arrived with her kittens at Mayhew in July after her previous owner sadly passed away. She has now been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and has also been given preventative treatment in the form of vaccinations (at least first) and flea and worming treatment by our veterinary team. She has been microchipped and neutered at our clinic. Like every cat adopted from Mayhew she will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.

Foster Carer Comments

Coco is a beautiful, shiny majestic black cat. She has a worldly aura about her and I wonder what goes on in her head. She's definitely had life experience! She has sass and street smarts; especially after being left alone to look after her 7 babies in their first weeks of life. She deserves to now paws and unwind - be a single queen about town again and go on carefree adventures. She loves looking outdoors and I think she would love a garden to call her own. Coco is very resourceful and can even open drawers if she's in the mood for Dreamies. She knows what she wants! She has total emotional intelligence, plus she's an expert biscuit maker if you've had a hard day at work. Coco is always on the look out for food so would benefit from a patient adopter who will show her that food isn't scarce. She would benefit from food puzzle games. Despite the gigantic appetite Coco is a little girl and is very young at heart. She needs to catch up on her kittenhood and her sweet temperament means she can be moulded around her adopters. Coco means darling in French and this is very fitting.
