Bebop & Rocksteady are two very sweet little fellas who are keen to find a new life together. These loveable rogues are just all about having a cautious sniff and then coming over for a good head bump. They are very playful and the more confident they get the more cuddly they become. Bebop is the bravest of the two and he will normally come over to say hello and be interested in hogging all the focus. Rocksteady takes the cautious approach and will hide at first but then curiosity gets the better of him and he just comes steaming in to join the party. They would prefer a quiet grown up home with people who will let them find their way and when they do you'll be madly in love. Medical conditions?Bebop and Rocksteady arrived at Mayhew at the beginning of September after they were found in a box, abandoned in a local park. They have been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance. Bebop and Rocksteady were initially classed as working cats meaning they wanted much less interaction and have slowly gained trust. This means they can now be re-homed in a normal traditional pet home but please note they would need some time to find their feet.
Bebop and Rocksteady are still a little timid but extremely sweet and loveable kitties. They haven’t shown any aggression at all; lots of purring and very little meowing. They are very active and love to run and chase all over the house and can play for hours with a feather toy or ball. It would be lovely to keep them together as they clearly have a strong bond. They are curious always finding ways to climb into boxes and under furniture- everything becomes a game. They are great with kids and our adult cat and would make anybody happy who wants playful and sweet kitties who are very energetic and active.
