    Sophie’s pups

Introducing Sophie's pups - Darcy, Thor, Bow and Hope - These 4 wonderful siblings were born in our care after their mum, Sophie, was found abandoned tied to a bus stop while heavily pregnant. They are sweet, playful youngsters who will grow up to be active, medium/large sized dogs, requiring plenty of mental and physical stimulation. They’re looking for fully committed owners who will take them to training classes and continue their training and socialisation plans to ensure they grow up to be happy, sociable, and well-adjusted adult dogs. Their adopters will be taking on at least a fifteen-year commitment, which must not be taken lightly.

    Other Notes

Sophie's pups are looking for dedicated owners who have plenty of time on their hands to continue their training and take them to training classes. Their new owners will need to be aware of grooming requirements and the growing financial costs of dog ownership. They’re looking for homes where there will be someone around for most of the day. They could potentially live in flats providing they have quick access to a suitable outside space for ease of toilet training. They can live with sensible children who will be consistent with their training, they can live with sociable adult dogs who will be a good influence on them and they can also live with dog-confident cats. Sophie's pups have been health checked, microchipped, will have received their first vaccination and are up to date with flea and worm treatment. They will need to return to Mayhew on a specified date for neutering. They have also been behaviourally assessed. We will be matching them with the most suitable adopters based on their current personalities.
