Wamuu is a Sweet boy who loves fuss and attention. He could be re-homed on his own or with his sister Santana if you've got space on your lap for two. Surprisingly he can be a bit shy at first but as soon as he feels it's ok he is over like a shot to say hello and rub against you. He likes his fuss and will come to get his fill of cuddles and just likes to hang out and be part of the action. He is quite curious and likes to know what’s going on and loves to sit on a warm lap and enjoy some human attention. He also likes to play with his sister, Santana, or with a dangly string toy and would be fine to live in a home with children who can understand his initial shy side and let him flourish. So, if Wamuu is a wam-must, keep reading to see if you could be his purr-fect match and give him the fur-ever home he deserves...
Wamuu arrived at Mayhew at the end of October after he was found as a stray with three other cats. He has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance. Wamuu lives with Santana and they could be rehomed together or individually. During his stay either him or Santana had an episode of vomiting. We think it was Waamu but both were given some gastrointestinal food diet and everything is now back to normal. Throughout he has remained bright and active and is desperate to get lots of love and cuddles. He also has an old tail injury so has a small kink in his tail. It's all fine and causes no pain and he needs no treatment. Please Specify in your application if you want to re-home him on his own or if you'd like to take his sister as well.
