Skips

Skips is a chipper fellow who enjoys good company and will happily regale you with wonderful anecdotes and then curl up by your side after a catnip night cap. Despite his rather youthful appearance this dapper gentleman is actually a senior kitty who loves to spend time receiving lots of fuss and will even give up his toasty spot by the radiator to say hello. He loves to reach out to you to let you know he is ready for some chin scratches and will even partake in the odd play session too. He wouldn’t mind living with kids who will let him do his thing and together this wise feline can impart some great life lessons for all to enjoy. So, if Skips is the Nigel Havers of the cat world you've been looking for, keep reading to see if you could be his purr-fect match and give him the fur-ever home he deserves...

Other Notes

Skips arrived at Mayhew at the end of October after his owner was in poor health and unable to care for him. He has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance. Skips has had a clean and polish of his teeth and treatment for a small wound on his chin. Everything is looking good and now he just needs a loving place to call home.
