Mayhew is aware that a proportion of our supporters will have strong opinions about animal welfare issues and ethics, including the consumption of animal products or the agricultural practices surrounding the production of meat and or dairy products. This means that a number of our supporters will follow vegetarian or vegan diets. Out of respect for their beliefs and in the interests of inclusion, Mayhew has a policy of only using vegetarian and vegan catering at our events.
We will be filming and taking photos during the event. These may be used on our social media channels, website, promotional and print materials, as well as in local press and media outlets.
