Lenny

Active and playful Lenny is full of life and wants to be included in everyday activities and he hates being ignored! He's very affectionate, loves spending time with people, going for long walks, playing football and tucking into a stuffed kong. He's a high energy dog who is looking for an equally active owner who has lots of time on their hands to dedicate to him.

Other Notes

Lenny is currently living in a foster home until his new forever home is found. Lenny's previous owners were unfortunately unable to provide him with enough exercise or mental stimulation which resulted in him developing an obsessive compulsive disorder of chasing his tail. Hopefully with an active owner who has plenty of time on their hands to keep him both mentally and physically stimulated this behaviour will diminish. Lenny can live with sensible children from eight years of age and upwards who are used to being around dogs, he'll need to be the only pet in the home and he wouldn't be suitable to live in a flat due to his vocal nature. He copes well with being left alone for two or three hours on the occasional basis. Lenny has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and is up to date with flea & worm treatment. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
