    Buster (& Boo)

Buster & Boo are very attached to each other and are therefore looking for a home together. Buster is a sweet-natured and sensitive soul. He's curious but prefers take a step back to study a situation first and then tends to follow Boo's lead. Although shy when meeting new people, once he's got to know someone he's very affectionate, enjoys a good belly rub and also enjoys being groomed. He's also super playful and is always up for a game with a squeaky toy.

    Other Notes

Buster and Boo are looking for a patient owner who will give them time and space to settle in. They can live with sensible teenagers who are used to being around dogs. They can can also live with dog-confident cats providing the introductions are done correctly. Due to their vocal nature they wouldn't be suitable to live in a flat. Buster and Boo have been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and are also up to date with flea & worm treatment. They have also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.

    Foster Carer Comments

Buster and Boo have quite different personalities. Boo was very timid and uncertain of people when she first came home with us. It has been enormously rewarding to see her slowly gain in confidence and happiness in the couple of weeks she has been here. She loves to spend most of her time in the garden but has started more and more coming into the house to seek our company and cuddles. Buster is a more forward, curious chap from the start and will follow you around inquisitively from day one. He loves to curl up next to us on the sofa but also spends a fair amount of time outside with Boo. Although they are different in a lot of ways, Buster and Boo are closely bonded to each other and form a team when out for walks. Unlike around the house, Boo is the more confident in the outdoors and Buster will follow her lead. He follows her, watching, when wandering over to make friends with other dogs. When not with other dogs, Boo likes to explore the outdoors while there's almost something comical about the way Buster loves to charge around in circles. Maybe surprisingly, with two dogs like Buster and Boo it is not twice the work to look after them. They both bound up to be fed at the same time and eat the same food, checking each other's bowls just in case one has got anything extra yummy. They arrive as a pair, jumping with excitement when the leads come out for walks. Both can pop their heads in their harness so you don't need to wrangle each separately. They both gain confidence from being around the other. Occasionally there's more mischief, but more often there's just more fun.
