Una is a big girl with a big heart. She is currently letting it all hang out and could do with getting in shape for the summer and hopefully that will be safely tucked away in a happy new home. Una is a mature lady and is so sweet natured. She enjoys having some company and showing off her mini moustache. She particularly likes to get lots of cheek rubs or head bumps when people come to say hello. She could live with children aged around 16+ so long as they are confident and respectful around cats as Una likes the quiet life and a nice cosy bed to snooze on. So, if this girl is the one for you, make sure you keep reading to be sure you can give her the fur-ever home she deserves…
If you are interested in adopting Una, please read the information below including the 'Other notes' section, to check your circumstances match theirs. If they do, please take a look at our current rehoming process, and fill out an application form.
How Rehoming WorksUna arrived with a chipped upper left canine tooth. Mayhew vets do not feel it needs any treatment and it is currently not causing any concern to her. She also has some mild calculus on her upper molars but no sign of gingivitis. Adopters should be aware that there is the possibility Una may need some dental treatment in the future, but this is actually quite common in older cats anyway. Lastly, like all our cats, Una has been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations (at least 1st) and flea and worming treatment.
