Star is a sweet, gentle soul who just needs time to get to know you. She has only ever known one life, so it’s been quite the journey to see her go from shy and frightened to wanting to play and get some cheek rubs. This lovely lady was much loved so was a bit unsure of her new surroundings when she arrived, but now this loving, curious soul will come to say hello and really wants to have a place to call home once more. She would be happiest in a quiet all adult home as she is a sensitive girl but has lots of love to give. Medical conditions?Star arrived at the beginning of August after her previous owner was not very well. Sadly she couldn't keep her for the long term and so with a heavy heart had to bring her to Mayhew. She has been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of vaccinations and flea and worming treatment and was previously neutered and microchipped before her arrival. Now all she needs is a loving, quiet home where she can be the light on a dark night to make your house a home.
