Navy is much happier on land than sea and is looking for a quieter time of things now he is no longer in service. He is taking some much-needed military leave and hoping to find a new base to call his own. He is a sweet, sensitive young man, who will greet you with a miaow but is a bit of a fidget bum as he settles in to get to know you. When he is content, he will snooze away quite happily on your lap. But don't let appearances deceive you as our naval hero does have a rather cheeky side and is currently partial to a nibble on hands too. He would be happiest in an all-adult home, without too many cats about and would also want a cat flap fitted regardless of your working hours so he can submarine from his home to his garden and back again. So, if you’ve had enough of sailing the seven seas and reckon you can be in with the Navy make sure you keep reading to be sure you can give him the fur-ever home he deserves…
Navy has been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations and flea and worming treatment. When he arrived, he had been attacked by another animal and had some puncture wounds to his neck. This was treated medically and is now all back to normal.
