Luther is a bit of a tough guy but with good intentions. Much like his crime fighting namesake good old Luther knows what’s going on out on the streets and has probably seen a thing or too. Now he just wants a lap to sit on and some grub in his tummy! This handsome lad is all about getting some fuss and enjoying some home comforts. He will need a cat flap so he can still enjoy the great outdoors but it’s time for Luther to have some time for himself and not have to worry about roughing it anymore. He could live with children aged 16+ so long as they are calm and respectful as he will let you know if he is not in the mood and he can get a bit carried away when it’s food o’ clock. So if you fancy going on some crime fighting adventures and need a Luther in your corner, you best keep on reading to find out more and see if you can provide Luther with his new fur-ever home…
If you are interested in adopting Luther, please read the information below including the 'Other notes' section, to check your circumstances match theirs. If they do, please take a look at our current rehoming process, and fill out an application form.
How Rehoming WorksLuther has been health checked by Mayhew vets and has had some dental work carried out. This involved some extractions and a clean and polish of his teeth. He still has the odd broken tooth and some are positioned a bit more centrally than they should be but our vets are happy that things are fine for now but he may need some more dental work in the future. He has also had a bit of an upset tummy which we feel is stress related in cause and should settle once he has a home of his own, this has been treated with some additional worming treatment and some probiotics on his food. He has been neutered and microchipped and is up to date with his flea and worming treatments as well as his vaccinations. Luther has also been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff to help determine his re-homing criteria so we can match him to the most suitable home.
