Leo and Kitty

Leo (tabby) and kitty (Black) are bonded siblings looking for a home together. They’re both lap cats and will both squeeze onto your lap where they can, whilst they’re small, this is possible but they might prefer a home with 2 laps so they can both get a good look in once they’ve grown! But also, being kittens have lots of energy and are very mischievous too. They love to play with each other and with toys and will need someone home a bit more often to keep them stimulated. Kitty is bold and confident and loves to be picked up and cuddled. Leo however is shyer and can be easily startled and so we are seeking an all adult home for them. A private garden with a cat flap is a must for these 2 gorgeous babies

Leo and Kitty have been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations (at least first) and flea and worming treatment.

Foster Carer Comments

Leo the Lion and Kitty the Panther! These two are an adorable, bonded pair of siblings who are best friends – they’re never far apart from each other. They love to groom each other, and sleep curled up together. Kitty the girl is the leader of the pack and is fearless and very confident. Nothing fazes her and she loves being fussed over by her visitors. Leo is the shyer of the two and likes to suss out his kingdom from the side-lines at first. Kitty lets me pick her up and carry her round from room to room. Leo is not that keen on being picked up just yet but he is warming up to the idea each day as he gets to trust me. After only 12 days both now sleep on my lap at the same time and compete for who can get closest to me. Leo will flick my earrings if the stroking stops. Both tell me off if I work on the computer for too long by walking across the keyboard. They make celebrity performances on my zoom calls! They are very food motivated and it is like feeding time at the zoo at mealtimes with them jumping around in delight. Leo is incredibly intelligent, and he always remembers where he has hidden his favourite mouse toy that he carries around like his prized possession. They might be small but they have BIG personalities - Both are fireballs of energy and charge round the place. They can make a game out of anything together. Leo loves to climb EVERYWHERE including up the curtains. He’s very agile and his sister watches and copies him. They both seem interesting in getting outdoors as they love bird watching from the windowsill. These two kittens will bring lots of fun and adventure to anyone who is lucky enough to adopt them. I will miss them and their cheekiness.
