  • Freddie

Freddie is looking for a new beginning from his current foster home and is a gentle, sweet natured, chunk of a cat! With his big boy cheeks and handsome green eyes, he'll have you melting in no time! He can be a little shy to begin with but it doesnt take long for him to warm up and he loves a good lap to sleep on. He still loves to play too so will enjoy some fun and games but would also be the perfect companion for lazy nights in watching the TV! He's definitely been a bit of a jack the lad so he will need a catflap so he can go out and about to strut his stuff whenever he likes! You will need to come in for an interview to assess your suitability and if successful you can go forward to meet Freddie in his current home environment.

    Other Notes

Freddie is currently living in a temporary foster home until his new forever home is found and is ok to be left for a full working day but a cat flap must be fitted regardless of working hours. Based on his past history and current temperament he can live with sensible teenagers. This is really dependent on if he likes who he meets, isn’t scared or fearful and that those he meets are also calm and respectful towards him. Every adoption is unique and we want to make sure all our cats are happy and cared for so we recommend pet insurance and you must register with a local vet. Vet costs vary so please look into the expense involved in caring for a cat. Freddie has been neutered, microchipped, 1st vaccine (at least) given and is up to date with his flea & worm treatments. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed which all help to guide our re-homing criteria. Freddie has been treated for an injury to his foot when he arrived. This has healed up well and should need no further treatment. He just need a loving home and he'll be much happier.

    Foster Carer Comments

Freddie is currently in a foster home waiting to be adopted and this is what his foster carers have to say about him: Freddie has showed us how much of a loving and cuddly little boy he is. He loves spending time around people, sitting with you (or on you) on the sofa watching TV, or just laying next to you when you’re busy with other things. He loves being stroked and has his playful moments. He is a curious cat and would be a perfect addition to a chilled home with a nice garden for him to enjoy and a loving family who will play and give him all the cuddles he needs.
