Ed is a lad who knows what he wants and his high pitched meow lets you know exactly what that is. How Rehoming WorksEd arrived with symptoms of cat flu which included conjunctivitis in his right eye with a watery discharge. The eye was treated with antibiotic eye ointment and while the conjunctivitis has cleared he still has some watery discharge. This usually indicates that he may be a carrier of one of the cat flu viruses. In some cases, symptoms of cat flu can recur, especially at times of stress, but in these instances the symptoms are normally milder and it's important he keep up with his yearly vaccinations to guard against flu as standard.
