  • Chips and Nugget

Chips (Male – Black) & Nugget (Female - Black with white bit on chest) are two siblings that can be re-homed individually or if you’re hungry for cuddles as a pair. These dinky little kittens are all very playful and like to have fun. Chips is a sweet, gentle side dish but is a bit shy at times. Nugget is a little less sure but is a nosey parker and just needs to get to know you. They could live with children aged 14+ so long as they are calm and respectful and have been around cats before as they will need to get know people as they settle in. So if these tasty kittens fit the bill, make sure you keep on reading to find out about the rest of their re-homing requirements...

    Other Notes

Nugget has had no issues during her stay at Mayhew but her brother Chips has recently (End of July) been treated for some discharge from his eye. This was treated with medication and has since resolved. Ocular discharge can be a symptom of cat flu and in some cases, symptoms can recur, especially at times of stress, but in these instances the symptoms are normally milder. If symptoms recur you should seek veterinary advice and as standard Chips should continue to receive routine vaccinations which guard against cat flu. Chips is now bright, active and fine in himself with no additional treatment required. Chips & Nugget have been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated (at least 1st given) and are up to date with flea and worm treatment. They have also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
