  • Augustus

Augustus was found with a nasty wound on his head and needed some medical care to get him back fighting fit. He is now on the look out for a chilled out home where he can become emperor of his very own kingdom and get lots of fuss. He loves his grub so when it comes to bonding this handsome man likes to be wined and dined. He is a lovely lad who likes to claim you as his own and when he has a nice garden to explore then he’ll really be a happy kitty once more. He also has a secret white patch of fur under his chin that only his most favourite people get to see and tickle.

    Other Notes

Augustus is ok to be left for a full working day but he will need a cat flap fitted regardless of how long he is to be left. He is friendly boy who likes to have a nose about his surroundings so a cat flap gives him some home comforts and the option to go out on the town. Based on his past history and current temperament he can live with sensible older teenagers (although an adult only home may be better). This is really dependent on if he likes who he meets, isn’t scared or fearful and that those he meets are also calm and respectful towards him. Every adoption is unique and we want to make sure all our cats are happy and cared for so we recommend pet insurance and you must register with a local vet. Vet costs vary so please look into the expense involved in caring for a cat. Augustus has been neutered, microchipped, 1st vaccine (at least) given and is up to date with his flea & worm treatments. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed which all help to guide our re-homing criteria. Augustus was treated for a nasty wound on his head which took a while to heal but is now much better. He also had a bout of sneezing which seems to have cleared up and was given some eye treatment for conjunctivitis. He is now over his ailments and the vets don’t suspect the sneezing to be flu related. It is advisable though that like all cats you keep up to date with vaccinations as they help to guard against flu like symptoms as standard. He just needs a loving home and a place to call home as this handsome man has been in the wars a bit.
