Anna is a very sweet and affectionate young princess who loves to give you a friendly wash or a welcoming hug as you come to say hello. She is a special character who is full of cuddles and just wants to let it Purr. Her lovable nature is there for all to see. She is a gentle, kind-hearted soul, who likes some playtime but above all just wants a lap to snuggle on. She could live with children aged around 12 years old so long as they are calm and respectful as despite her friendly nature, she knows what she wants and will seek out her one true love. So, if you can be Anna’s Kristoff or Sven and make sure she doesn’t have to live life as a frozen stray cat ever again, keep reading to be sure you can give her the fur-ever home she deserves…
When Anna arrived she seemed to be off her food, despite generally appearing in very good health. We performed blood tests and intestinal biopsies which indicated there may have been an infectious or inflammatory process in her gastrointestinal system. This has since resolved and she is eating well. The fact she is showing no other symptoms of ill health suggests it could have been a transitory problem and should need no further attention. Like all our cats Anna has also been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations (at least first) and flea and worming treatment.
If you are interested in adopting Anna, please read the information below including the 'Other notes' section, to check your circumstances match theirs. If they do, please take a look at our current rehoming process, and fill out an application form.
