Amado

Amado is a sweet little lad who likes to have fun. He is a curious little soul who will jump up on your lap and enjoy some fun and games as well as some time to himself. He could possibly live with children aged around 8years old so long as they are confident and respectful around cats as we want to make sure he has plenty of playtime but also get the cuddles and affection he wants on his terms. So, if you want to go on some epic escapades with this Mexican bandito, keep reading to see if you could be his purr-fect match and give him the fur-ever home he deserves…

Other Notes

Amado has been behaviourally assessed and given preventative treatment at Mayhew in the form of microchipping, neutering, vaccinations (at least first) and flea and worming treatment. During his stay at Mayhew he has had some tummy troubles which turned out to be an infection caused by Campylobacter. This has now been treated with meds and things are all back to normal. Amado also had an Umbilical hernia repaired and everything is now where it should be and he is looking to find a loving home which could be with another cat. However, your own cat must have had positive interactions with other cats be that a cat they have lived with directly or cats they meet in your garden. Please make sure that in your application you give examples of what your cat is like around other cats as this will help us determine if your cat could live with a new cat like Amado.
